What Donna is

Donna is an app that helps you manage your busy life. Some things are one-offs, simple enough to put in a calendar. But other things, like organizing an event, have many steps and need more. You want to be able to manage the plan as a whole, and be able to schedule its parts, and get the alerts you need each morning or during the day, know what you need to do, and be able to adjust the plan at any time, all of that while managing your daily routines. If we put all that together, that’s Donna for you.

Everything goes into a task. You can group tasks into plans. You can group plans into spaces. Donna also has special lists, like Today and Upcoming, that show you what is next.

These rules are the deal between you and the person who runs this copy of Donna.

Your account

Use your own Google account. Do not let someone else use your sign-in.

This copy of Donna may be open to any Google account, or only to emails on a private list. If your email is not allowed, Donna will not make an account for you.

What you write

The words you type stay yours. That includes tasks, notes, comments, and plan names.

You let Donna store those words, show them to people you share with, and put the alert text you asked for into Discord or onto your phone.

What you must not do

Do not use Donna to break the law, to hurt or harass someone, or to spam Discord.

When you connect Discord, Discord’s own rules still apply.

The service can change

Donna is offered as it is. The person who runs it does not promise that it will always be up, that every alert will arrive, or that a task will never be lost.

They can change the app, pause it, or close an account that breaks these rules.

These rules can change

If these rules change, the date at the top of this page changes too. Using Donna after that means you accept the new rules.
